Tell Me Your Troubles and Doubts

Incidentally, since I mentioned my morning Diet Coke in that other post, I feel I should say that it’s not good for us to drink so much soda. A recent health study about women indicated that caffeine probably doesn’t raise our blood pressure, but something in soda might. I urge you not to follow my example if you need a lift but to drink a lovely cup of lapsang souchong instead.
