There's Nobody Else Here, No One Like Me

Natalie emailed me this week with a promotion announcement: she has been assigned her own library, and it’s two miles from her house! No more SoCal freeways for her.

The blog way to celebrate her good news is to post pictures of her daughters, whom we will see at the picnic next Saturday. Veronica will be 16 this summer and Celeste is 9. And just because I can, I am including a picture from graduation night, when Natalie sang the soprano line of the alma mater and the national anthem.
